What is XYO?

XYO is a trust-based blockchain, zero-knowledge evidence, cryptographic location network that eliminates the need for centralized location data collection. XYO Network will allow finding any object or individual through many classes of devices and protocols. To enable the XYO team to use "Proof of Origin" and "Bound Witness" to combine a decentralized blockchain world with our real-world data into a new network that changes the game.

It may sound like something of the future, but as I said at the opening of this article we live in the future, and the XYO project is readily available and ready for business. They have an existing operational infrastructure of 1,000,000 tracker beacons representing one of the largest Bluetooth and GPS networks in the world, and for the XYO project this is just the beginning!

Smart contracts, like those used by Ethereum and other crypto converters, will radically change the way businesses interact and perform through process optimization, risk reduction, and average reduction of people. However, all that is missing on all Smart Contract platforms is the last way to prove that something or someone is in a certain place at a certain time. Strong, impartial and decentralized evidence of an important oracle position for the Smart Contract idea to be accepted by the underworld.

The XYO Network will be the last oracle of this site because of the two basic concepts he presented: "Proof of origin and related witnesses." The Bound Witnesses concept ensures that two different components of the XYO network are in the same place at the same time. Proof of origin ensures that the information provided by the component is valid and resistant to counterfeiting. Providing an authoritative proof of location can change the world. Here are some ways that the XYO network will damage the existing industry.

XYO Network encourages on-premises reporting and archiving of ledgers, giving the XYO Token node to the Internet. For example, when the last mile mailer, such as a UPS driver, meets with an XYO network node on the route, the node records the XYO registration table for archiving. The use of crypto-economics thus uses the key feature of blockchain technology - it is a quiet and decentralized system. This means it can offer third-party verification and reliability levels that the current tracking system can not provide.

Problem

According to a recent study released by Comcast, more than 30% of Americans receive packets stolen from their terraces or thresholds [1]. As the e-commerce market share continues to grow, this problem will only become more common. Major cities, such as Amazon, experimented with various solutions to offer proven secure delivery as a premium service for their customers.

Solution

Using XYO and XYO tokens, the company can offer independently verified books to track every step of the shipment process, from the execution center to secure packet delivery at the client's home. Being a baseless and decentralized system, the XYO network provides independent confirmation not only of packet delivery, but also throughout its delivery history. It also allows retail or e-commerce sites to offer delivery payments, using a special Ethereum contract to protect sellers from fraud or loss.

How it works

When the client completes the order, a smart contract is made by Ethereum, which issues payments to the seller after successful delivery of the purchased product. Shipping will include XYO Network Sentinel, a low-cost electronic device that records interactions with other devices on the XYO network in its notebook. Other XYO network devices will also record their interactions with packets sent. Each of these interactions will be independently verified by approving a network of locations that extend completely to the point of origin. When delivery reaches its destination, confirmed by its interaction with the XYO network device at the buyer's home, a smart contract will be executed and payment will be issued. In the event of a dispute,

Transaction Endpoint - the point of delivery of the parcel and payment waiver - will be determined at the time the order is placed. Amazon has experimented with several secure delivery systems, including lockers in public places such as shops and even electronic locks that give customers home delivery teams access. The XYO network device in this safe location will confirm the shipment. Inside the Amazon cabinet, the packets sent will not only interact with their lockers, but also with XYO network devices in other lockers and customers who use them. At the customer's home, the XYO network node can include client phones, IoT devices and even Amazon Echo, which is used to place orders.
